Through personal and professional networks we have built a rock star team. To continue to build on this success we are offering a cash referral bonus of $1,000 for qualified hires. Guidelines below:

REFERRAL BONUS

• $1,000 (gross amount) to the external referrer after the employee completes 90 calendar days of employment with WP Engine.

REFERRAL PROGRAM DETAILS

• Full-time hires only.
• Resume must be provided to be considered.
• Employee referred must complete 90 calendar days of employment, be in good standing, and be employed at time of payment.
• Only candidates that WP Engine is not currently recruiting for an active position are eligible.
• Must be a candidate who has not been previously referred to WP Engine by a third party or another individual, OR who has previously applied for a position at WP Engine.
• Agency submittals are not eligible.
• Referral is valid for 6 months from the time of submittal.
• W9 must be submitted prior to payment.

HOW TO REFER A CANDIDATE

• Referrals must be submitted via careers@wpengine.com.
• The referrer may also submit a candidate directly to a WP Engine Recruiter.

QUALIFIED POSITIONS

• Excludes entry-level positions, administrative roles, analysts, etc.
