Specialist PMC Referral Program Terms and Conditions

• This referral promotion (the "Referral Program"), is operated by Specialist PMC ABN: 41 701 481 695 of 71 Midson Street, Stafford QLD 4053.
• By participating in the Specialist PMC Referral Program, you are stating that the named referral provided by you is eligible for this program and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the program.
• All entities that you refer to Specialist PMC must be submitted online at www.specialistpmc.com.au and all required fields must be completed for the Referral application to be further processed.
• All Referrals must be new clients to Specialist PMC and will not be classified as referrals if Specialist PMC has been providing support or other services within the last 3 years.
• Specialist PMC will review each Referral to determine whether it is an existing customer or a sales lead already within Specialist PMC’s client relationship management system. If the Referral is already a customer or is a lead within the client relationship management system the Referral application will be rejected.
• In addition Specialist PMC reserves the right to reject any other Referral in the event that it determines, in its sole discretion that the Referral is not a suitable Specialist PMC customer.
• The Referral has to sign up within 180 days from the referral date, otherwise the referral will be void.
• Before submitting any Referral you agree to comply and warrant that you have complied with any applicable requirements under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
• Specialist PMC reserves the right to change the Referral Program and its Terms and Conditions at any time, and any decision by the company is final.
• Specialist PMC reserves the right to notify a Referral that they have been referred by you and to inform a Referral about the Referral Payment.
• Specialist PMC disclaims any and all liability that you may incur from this Referral Program or related to this Referral Program. If there are any third party claims against Specialist PMC arising from this Referral Program, you shall fully indemnify Specialist PMC for any damages/costs it may incur, including but not limited to all legal fees.
• By submitting a Referral to Specialist PMC, you agree that you fully understand and agree to these terms and conditions governing the Referral Program.
