The Annex Referral Program has been featured in BCBusiness magazine, PROFIT magazine, a book on Canadian entrepreneurs, and resulted in Annex being recognized as one of BC’s 20 Leading Innovators for 2011.

Contract

Referral Type	Referral Fee	Explanation
Project	$2 per hour	If Annex wins the referred project, get $2 per hour from every Annex consultant working on that engagement.
Consultant	$1 per hour	Get $1 per hour every time Annex uses the referred consultant on a project.

Permanent Staffing

Referral Type	Referral Fee	Explanation
Position	$500	If Annex successfully fills the referred position with an employee, get $500.
Employee	$500	If Annex successfully fills the position with the referred employee, get $500.

The Annex Learning Centre

Referral Type	Referral Fee	Explanation
Attendee	$50	Refer a public workshop participant and get $50.
Workshop	$100	Refer a private workshop and get $100 per day (i.e., 3-day workshop pays $300).

The first example is a project referral.  Refer a project, and if Annex is awarded the business, you will receive $2 per hour from every consultant working on the engagement.  The second example is a consultant referral.  Refer an IT professional and receive $1 per hour when we use that individual on a contract assignment.  The consultant referral is applicable on every project that uses your referred colleague, not just the first assignment.

Annex pays fees for referrals to permanent employment opportunities and referrals to individuals who are successfully placed in permanent employment positions.

Finally, Annex pays fees for referrals to customers who engage The Annex Learning Centre in private or custom training initiatives. Annex also pays fees for referring individuals who enroll in the public workshops offered by The Annex Learning Centre.
