The Squires Group is pleased to offer its employees, consultants, staff and “friends of The Squires Group Inc.” a new way to participate in the success of our company and the consultants we serve. We’ve developed a referral program which includes bonuses for newCandidate and new Client referrals.

As long as you are not a current Squires Group employee directly involved in sales, marketing and recruiting, you are eligible for the plan.

Referral Bonus Program

• New Candidates: The Squires Group will pay you a referral bonus for every qualified professional that is referred to us and placed. In order to qualify, a candidate referral must not be in our database system and the candidate referral must be aware that his/ her name is being given to The Squires Group for possible consideration on a job opportunity. Referral bonuses are paid at the end of each quarter for contract placements and once the guarantee period has been met and the customer has paid for direct hire placements.
  *Note: For candidate referrals, you must speak with us prior to having a candidate submit a resume to The Squires Group.
  Direct Hire Placements – The Squires Group will pay $1,500 per qualified candidate that is placed.
  Contract Placements – The Squires Group will pay $1.00 per billed hour up to a maximum of $1,500 per qualified candidate that is placed.
• New Clients: The Squires Group will pay $1.00 per every hour billed up to a maximum of $1,500 for a referred project, when an individual is placed on the new project. In order to qualify, The Squires Group must not be currently aware of the opportunity or marketing to the specific contact at the organization that has the openings.

To refer a candidate or a project, simply email your referral to referrals@squiresgroup.com and we will immediately check the system to ensure that the referral qualifies and record the relevant information. We will then assign your referral to the appropriate person in either sales or recruiting so that they can start going to work for you!

The referral bonuses will be paid on a quarterly basis in the month after the end of the quarter. The referral must be a legal resident of The United States and of legal age.
