1. The Eventsforce Referral Program is available to all existing customers (Referring Customer) holding an active Eventsforce license.
2. You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.
3. To be eligible for the Eventsforce Referral Program the Referring Customer must refer to Eventsforce a Referred Contact who is not an existing customer of Eventsforce, or currently in negotiations with Eventsforce about becoming a customer.
4. A referral will be deemed successful when a Referred Contact signs a new license agreement with Eventsforce within 12 months of being referred.
5. For a referral to be successful it must be made via the Eventsforce Referral Program page on eventsforce.com

7. An individual can only be nominated for the Referral Program once within a 12 month period.
8. Eventsforce reserves the right to nominate a new charity or change the donation amount without notice and as it sees fit.
9. The referred company cannot be an owner, employee, Agent or Sub Agent for the referred business.
10. Offer not valid and rewards are not payable for self-referrals
11. Eventsforce reserves the right to cancel the Eventsforce Referral Program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.
12. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Eventsforce Referral Program will be resolved by Eventsforce in its sole discretion.
