How is the affiliate program different than reselling?
With the reseller program you actually resell and have administrative control over all your accounts. The reseller program allows you to bill your clients at whatever rate you wish and can be private labeled.
Is there a wait period for commission credit?
When one of your referrals has a payment to us we will wait 60 days until that commission from that payment is credited to your account. This is to help filter out fraud & bad orders.
Does this program include on-site edition purchases?
Only standard monthly/yearly hosted subscriptions or credit purchases are included with this program. On-site, template design, etc. is not.
How are payments made?
Payouts occur once a month when your account balance is greater than $100. All payments are made via Paypal.
How long are referrals tracked?
We track all your referrals with a 90 day tracking cookie. If they subscribe within that time you have affiliate commission for the life of the account.
Are there any costs or commitments?
Nope. We like to keep things simple and straightforward. Simply refer people to ActiveCampaign and get paid!
